I highly recommend Andy Taylor’s meditation and mindfulness course. I valued the discussion of key principles and the guided meditation, programmed over ten weeks to build confidence and the ability to develop my own practice. I especially valued Andy’s approach. He lived the principles he taught, creating an atmosphere in which all participants felt accepted and could freely discuss, or remain quiet, as we explored our own journey of meditation and mindfulness.
